AI isn’t the big change. You are. AI is a mirror. It shows a level of curiosity and who’s ready to put in the productivity reps.
AI in and of itself isn’t the point. Rather, the hype and FOMO is so high, it’s hard to escape the gravitational pull of productivity expectations. “Playing around” with AI tools is not the goal. Rather, re-imagine how you can deliver better business outcomes for your customers.
At the Maestro Group Revenue Summit in DC, Charu Chundury founder of PrincipiumX told a story about Aladdin. A boy was stuck in a cave and found a genie. His first wish was simple: “Get me out of this cave.” Then he wished for food to sell. Finally, he got creative and wished to marry a princess.
See the pattern? Each wish got bigger and more creative. Right now, most of us are like Aladdin in the cave. We’re not thinking big enough. We’re just trying to do our normal work a little faster. But real creativity means thinking WAY bigger.
Charu’s big idea: “The most valuable asset isn’t execution. It’s creation potential. Not just output, but original thought.”
Creativity means simplifying. Creativity is subtraction. Great ideas often come from removing the unnecessary. The goal is less noise, more signal. It’s about clarity. Constraints fuel innovation. By deciding what not to do, you define what truly stands out. Subtraction builds meaning.
Valuation leaders who know their current processes aren’t broken but aren’t future-ready either. For the valuation space, the challenge is “Why do we do it this way?” instead of “How do we do it quicker?”
Experiential sessions are key to move the needle. At Realwired, we invite everyone to ideate. Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them. Probably the biggest enemy to creativity is our self-doubt.
Connect with the creator inside you.
Get out of the cave.
Marry a princess.
